- Developed and executed marketing and launch campaigns for EagleView’s core imagery products.

- Developed and executed marketing campaigns, including web, content, and social media that more than doubled adoption of ArcGIS Pro.
- Worked with Product Management, Development, Sales, and Customer Service to create positioning and sales enablement documents.
- Pioneered a monthly report to track sales, software usage and adoption, and social media engagement.
- Increased social media followers of official product accounts on Facebook and Twitter by 30%.
Product Marketing Manager for Content and Open Technology (2008 – 2016)
- Defined Esri’s Open Vision positioning and messaging.
- Featured Speaker at the 2016 Esri Public Sector CIO Summit. Topic: Redefining Open Data
- Grew ArcGIS Open Data membership to more than 3,000 unique organizations and 48,000 unique datasets.
- Founded OpenStreetMap Southern California Meetup group. Gained 95 members within a year and established relationships with local businesses and universities.
- Designed and developed the open source Esri Geoportal Server LiveDVD, a quick-start geoportal running on Apache Tomcat, MySQL, and Linux.
United States Geological Survey (USGS) – Miami, FL
The research conducted by the USGS Miami office is a critical part of the Everglades Restoration Project, which is the most expensive and comprehensive environmental repair project in history.
Hydrologic Technician (2003 – 2004)
- Led field teams to establish, maintain, and repair automated water monitoring stations and collect hydrologic data and water samples.
